Katara was at the grocery store. She wore a blue sari that she had altered so that her middrift was bare and the extra material draped down over her thighs like a second skirt in something very similar to the clothes she'd stolen in order to infiltrate the Fire Nation over three years ago. She wore her waterskin in a belt around her waist.

She hated the heat. Sure, it was a nice change at first, but she'd quickly found summers to be excessively... long. After growing up in the South Pole, her body still hadn't adjusted to these long summer months. She had just entered the store a few minutes ago and was headed to the fruit section. One hand held up her long mane of dark brown hair while the other hand, fingertips ringed in ice that appeared out of thin air, was running up and down the back of her neck absently in order to speed the cooling off process.
